This Chair-Based Exercise Programme has been designed for everyone whose daily routine, health and wellbeing have been affected or disrupted by Coronavirus (COVID-19). Regular exercise will help you develop and maintain your fitness, strength, mobility and balance while living in isolation or lockdown. These exercises can be performed anywhere. All you need is a chair. The programme is safe, easy to follow and takes only 10 minutes to complete. You can do the exercises at any time, and repeat them during the day.
